Ingredients

- 3Tablespoons (tbsp)Baking powder
- 1Psc.eggs
- 180CupMilk
- 1CupFine Sugar
- 1PinchSalt
- 20Grams (g) Butter
- 100Grams (g) Smoked Salmon
- 50Tablespoons (tbsp)crème fraîche
- 70Tablespoons (tbsp)Cream cheese
- 1Psc.Lemon zest
- 2Teaspoons (tsp)Fresh Chives
- 1To TasteBlack pepper
- 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Dill

Add baking powder to the flour

Add a pinch of salt to the flour mixture

Pour milk into the dry ingredients and whisk

Add one egg and continue whisking until smooth
