Ingredients

  • 150CupFlour
  • 3Tablespoons (tbsp)Baking powder
  • 1Psc.eggs
  • 180CupMilk
  • 1CupFine Sugar
  • 1PinchSalt
  • 20Grams (g) Butter
  • 100Grams (g) Smoked Salmon
  • 50Tablespoons (tbsp)crème fraîche
  • 70Tablespoons (tbsp)Cream cheese
  • 1Psc.Lemon zest
  • 2Teaspoons (tsp)Fresh Chives
  • 1To TasteBlack pepper
  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Dill

Steps

    Add baking powder to the flour

    Add a pinch of salt to the flour mixture

    Pour milk into the dry ingredients and whisk

    Add one egg and continue whisking until smooth

    Pour in melted butter and mix well

    Cook small spoonfuls in a greased pan

    Mix cream cheese, crème fraîche, chives, zest

    Add black pepper to the chive crème

    Spread a dollop of chive crème on each blini

    Top each blini with a piece of smoked salmon

    Garnish each with fresh dill
