  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Pistachio
  • 1To TasteSyrup

Steps

    Boil the potatoes and then mash them until they reach the consistency shown in the video.

    Blend the yogurt with the boiled potato in a blender until smooth.

    Add the mixture to the flour, cardamom, and saffron, then knead with warm water until a smooth dough forms.

    Cover the dough and let it rest for 1.5 hours until it rises.

    Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.

    Drop small portions of the dough into the hot oil using a spoon or piping bag, frying until golden brown.

    Remove the luqaimat from the oil and drain well, then drizzle with sugar syrup while still warm.
