    We strain the yogurt from the water

    We hang the cloth in a cool place and leave it for two days to drain the water.

    After the labneh drains from the water, we add a pinch of salt and stir well.

    We shape the labneh into balls, then place them on a cloth or towel.

    We leave it in the fridge for a day, then take it out and place it in a jar.

    We add olive oil to it, but if we plan to keep it for a long time, we add vegetable oil along with olive oil.

    We serve it with a sprinkle of black seeds (habbat al-baraka).
