We put 1 egg into a bowl.

We add 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract to the egg.

We add 1 teaspoon of raw cocoa to the mixture.

We add 1 teaspoon of stevia sugar or honey to the mixture and mix well.

We add 0.5 cup of ground oats or brown flour to the mixture and blend until smooth.

We add 1 teaspoon of baking powder to the mixture and mix slightly.

We add 0.5 cup of milk to the mixture and stir well until homogeneous.

We use a whisk to blend all the ingredients until the batter is smooth and well combined.

Pour the batter into a greased pan, then bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 35 minutes until the cake is fully baked.

After removing the cake from the oven, we flip it and let it cool slightly.

Drizzle dark chocolate sauce over the cake.
