Ingredients

  • 10CupHoney
  • 10Tablespoons (tbsp)Unsweetened cocoa
  • 0.25Liters (L)Hot water
  • 5Teaspoons (tsp)Gelatin powder
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Vanilla

    Add the honey and raw cocoa powder to the yogurt.

    Mix well until fully combined.

    Dissolve the gelatin and a pinch of vanilla in ¼ cup of hot water, stirring until the gelatin is fully dissolved.

    Add the dissolved gelatin mixture to the yogurt, cocoa, and honey mixture.

    Mix everything well until smooth and fully combined.

    Pour the mixture into any mold you have.

    Place the mold in the fridge for 2 to 3 hours until it firms up.
