- 0.5CupBoiling Water
- 150Grams (g) Crushed plain biscuits
- 50Milliliters (mL)Melted butter
- 2Tablespoons (tbsp)Cream
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Liquid vanilla
- 0.5CupShredded coconut
- 0.5Tablespoons (tbsp)Pistachio
- 2Teaspoons (tsp)Cinnamon
- 0.5Teaspoons (tsp)Cardamom powder

We start by removing the pits from the dates, placing them in a blender, and adding the boiling water.

We blend the dates until smooth.

In a bowl, we combine the crushed biscuits with cinnamon and melted butter, mixing well until evenly coated.

We prepare the serving bowls and place them on a tray, then divide the biscuit mixture evenly into the bottom of each bowl, pressing it down with a small spoon to flatten.

In a cold saucepan, we pour in the milk, then add the blended dates and the cornstarch, stirring well until the starch dissolves.

We add cinnamon and cardamom to the mixture, then place the saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly

Just before the mixture reaches a boil, we add the cream and vanilla and continue stirring until the mixture thickens and becomes smooth.

We pour the pudding into the serving bowls over the biscuit layer.

We garnish the top with shredded coconut, pistachios, or any nuts available.

We refrigerate the dessert for at least 2 hours or preferably overnight until it sets and is served cold.
