  • 1.5CupOat flour
  • 0.5Teaspoons (tsp)Vanilla

  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Baking powder
  • 1CupCoconut Oil
  • 1CupPecan

Steps

    Cut the dates into small pieces as shown in the video

    Place the chopped dates in a small bowl, add the hot milk and cinnamon, then mash them slightly until softened.

    Add the honey, oat flour, vanilla, salt, baking powder, and oil, then mix well until fully combined.

    If the mixture is too thick, add an extra tablespoon of milk. If too runny, add a little more oat flour.

    Transfer the mixture to a microwave-safe mug or bowl and microwave for 1.5 minutes until cooked through.

    Top with walnuts or pecans if desired, then serve
