Keto Chocolate Cake
Ingredients

- 1.5Tablespoons (tbsp)Baking powder

- 0.3CupUnsweetened almond milk
- 3Psc.eggs
- 1.5Teaspoons (tsp)Liquid vanilla
- 0.3CupGranulated sweetener

Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F).

Grease an 8-inch cake pan and line the bottom with parchment paper.

In a bowl, mix all the dry ingredients: almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt, and sweetener.

In another bowl, whisk the eggs with the vanilla and milk until well combined.

Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix well until a smooth, cohesive batter forms.

Pour the batter evenly into the prepared pan and smooth the surface if needed

Bake for 14–18 minutes, or until the cake is set (some ovens may require slightly more time).
