    Heat vegetable oil and fry the zucchini until halfway cooked, then drain well.

    In a pot, heat olive oil and sauté the minced or chopped meat with onions and garlic until partially cooked.

    Add the fried zucchini, soaked rice, parsley, diced tomatoes, and tomato paste.

    Add salt, vegetable stock cube, and all the listed spices.

    Cover the ingredients with water and bring the mixture to a boil for 10 minutes.
