  • 1Grams (g) Butter
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Ground Pistachios
  • 1CupGrated chocolate
  • 1Grams (g) Dark chocolate

Steps

    Place semolina, coconut, sugar, and cocoa in a large pan or pot.

    Mix the dry ingredients thoroughly until well combined.

    Gradually add milk and mix until smooth.

    Heat over low to medium heat, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens.

    Before the mixture thickens too much, add butter and continue stirring until it forms a dough-like consistency.

    Pour the mixture into a plate and let it cool slightly.

    Shape the mixture into small balls.

    Melt the chocolate in a double boiler.

    Dip the balls in the melted chocolate and place them on parchment paper.
