    We put the milk and coconut sugar on the stove. When it starts to heat and bubbles appear at the edges, we turn off the heat.

    In a bowl, we mix the eggs, vanilla, and salt using a fork, being careful not to create bubbles.

    We add a little of the milk to the egg mixture and mix gently until combined

    We strain the egg mixture into the milk and stir gently.

    We place a spoonful of date molasses in the molds and grease them with butter.

    We pour the mixture slowly into the dishes, and if bubbles appear, we pop them with our fingers.

    We cover the dishes three-quarters full with boiling water. We put them in the oven at a low temperature (135 degrees) and let them bake for one hour.
