Ingredients

  • 200Kilograms (kg)Knafeh
  • 100Grams (g) Butter
  • 2CupSugar
  • 1Psc.Puff pastry dough
  • 2Grams (g) Philadelphia cheese
  • 2Tablespoons (tbsp)Sweet cream
  • 0.5CupMilk
  • 1CanSweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Pistachio

Steps

    Mix the konafa with butter and sugar until well combined.

    Cut the puff pastry into squares

  3. 3

    Place each square in the milk and then place it in the kunafa mixture

    Spread the puff pastry dough in a baking tray

  5. 5

    Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C for 20 minutes.

    Add the filling of Philadelphia cheese and sweet cream in the middle

    Garnish with sweetened condensed milk and pistachios
