Ingredients

  • 4Psc.Cucumber
  • 0.5CupBoiling Water
  • 1CupSugar
  • 2PinchSalt
  • 0.5Teaspoons (tsp)Turmeric powder
  • 2Tablespoons (tbsp)Dill
  • 2ClovesGarlic
  • 0.25Tablespoons (tbsp)White Vinegar
  • 0.5CupCoriander seeds
  • 0.5Teaspoons (tsp)Whole Black Pepper
  • 4Grams (g) Hot chilli

Steps

    Cut the cucumbers in halves.

    Place the cucumber halves in jars along with hot chili (optional), dill sprigs, and garlic

    Add 1 teaspoon of sugar and 2 heaping tablespoons of salt.

    Add ½ teaspoon of turmeric, a few coriander seeds, and black peppercorns.

    Add ¼ cup of vinegar, then fill the jar with boiling water

    Close the jar tightly and shake well until the salt and sugar are dissolved

  7. 7

    Let the cucumbers sit for an hour and then serve
