- 2Psc.Vegetable stock

Boil the artichokes halfway in water with lemon slices

Place the ground meat in a pan over heat without adding any oil.

Add salt, black pepper, and nutmeg, and mix well.

Once the meat starts to change color, add the chopped onion and continue stirring until the mixture is cooked.

Remove from heat and mix in the chopped parsley.

Prepare the sauce by blending the garlic, small onion, and tomatoes in a food processor.

Pour the mixture into a pot, add one cup of water and two vegetable stock cubes, and let it simmer until thickened.

Add a teaspoon of black pepper to the sauce.

Arrange the artichokes in a baking dish.

Fill each artichoke with the cooked meat mixture.

Pour the cooked tomato sauce around the artichokes in the dish.

Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the artichokes.
