We begin by mixing the flour, yeast, sugar, salt, and powdered milk in a large bowl.

We add the oil and warm water gradually while continuously kneading until we get a soft, smooth, and non-sticky dough.

We knead the dough well for 8 to 10 minutes—this step is crucial for fluffy bread.

We cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until it doubles in size.

After rising, we shape the dough into small round pieces or spread it in a tray as a round or rectangular loaf, depending on preference.
