Biscuit and Cream Dessert
Ingredients
- 2Teaspoons (tsp)Instant coffee
- 1CupSugar
- 1CupWarm water
- 2CupWhipping cream powder
- 0.75CupMilk
- 200Tablespoons (tbsp)Cream cheese
- 0.75CanSweetened Condensed Milk
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Vanilla
- 200Psc.Ladyfinger biscuits
- 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Unsweetened cocoa

Prepare the biscuit dipping mixture by mixing instant coffee, sugar, and warm water. Set aside.

In a bowl, whip the powdered cream with the liquid milk until thick and creamy. Set aside.

In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese with the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla until smooth and lump-free.

Add the cheese mixture to the whipped cream along with 4 tablespoons of the coffee mixture, and gently fold by hand until combined.

Quickly dip the ladyfinger biscuits into the coffee mixture and arrange a layer of them in your serving dish.

Spread a layer of the cream mixture over the biscuits. Repeat the layers if desired.

Cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 6 hours, preferably overnight.

Before serving, dust the top with unsweetened cocoa powder.
