- 30Grams (g) Butter
- 60Grams (g) Active Yeast
- 0.5Grams (g) Instant yeast

Place all ingredients in the mixer, except the butter, and knead at medium speed for five minutes until the dough holds together.

Gradually add the butter to the dough, and continue kneading for 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.

Using a scraper, transfer the dough to a separate bowl, cover, and let it rise for three hours. During this time, fold the dough twice, every 30 minutes.

Place the dough in the refrigerator and let it rise overnight.

The next day, remove the dough from the fridge and divide it into equal portions.

Dip each dough portion in water, then roll it in oats for coating.
