Place a pan over heat and add a tablespoon of ghee until it melts.

Add the chopped onion, colored bell pepper, and mushrooms, then sprinkle salt and black pepper.

Stir the ingredients until the vegetables soften, then add the pepper paste and mix well.

Remove the mixture from the heat and set it aside to cool completely.

Place the minced meat in a bowl, sprinkle with salt and black pepper, and knead well until combined.

Flatten the meat on a plastic wrap into a thin circular shape.

Place a suitable amount of filling in the center of the meat, then add mozzarella cheese on top.

Cover the filling with the meat and shape it into firm balls.

Brush the meatballs with ghee, then arrange them in a baking tray.

Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) from both top and bottom for 20 minutes until the meatballs are fully cooked and golden brown.
