We season the minced meat with the grated onion (after draining the water), breadcrumbs, flour, baking powder, salt, meat spices, and black pepper

We mix the meat well with the other ingredients until it binds together

We shape the meat into small balls

We heat ghee in a pan over medium-high heat

We fry the kofta on all sides until golden brown, then turn it over

After frying the kofta, we remove it from the pan and lower the heat

In the same pan, we fry the minced garlic until its aroma appears

We add tomato paste to the garlic and stir for a minute

We add the strained tomato juice, water, salt, black pepper, bouillon cube, and sugar. We stir well

We return the kofta to the pan and cover it

We let the kofta cook on medium-low heat for 10 minutes until it’s fully cooked and absorbs the sauce
