Place the onion, coriander, and garlic in a food processor and blend them well.

Place the ground meat in a bowl and add the chopped onion, chopped coriander, minced garlic, black pepper, paprika, and salt.

Shape the meat mixture into small meatballs.

Fry the meatballs in butter and vegetable oil until they turn golden brown.

After frying the meatballs, wipe the pan and add yogurt and cornstarch, mixing them cold.

Place the pan on the stove and stir until the yogurt boils.
