Ingredients

  • 3Cupwater
  • 3Tablespoons (tbsp)Custard Powder
  • 6CupMilk
  • 2.5CupSugar
  • 1Psc.eggs
  • 9Psc.Puff pastry dough
  • 1CupTarte Raspberry Filling

Steps

    In a saucepan, mix water, custard powder, milk, and sugar. Stir over medium heat until thickened.

    In a bowl, whisk the egg with 2 spoons of milk for the egg wash.

    Cut puff pastry into boat shapes and brush the tops with the egg wash.

    Bake in a preheated oven at high heat until golden brown on both sides.

    Create a small well in the center of each pastry and fill with the custard

    Top with raspberry tart filling and dust with powdered sugar.
