Skillet Chocolate Cake

- 0.3CupWhipping cream
- 1CupChocolate milk

We place the egg, vanilla, oil, sugar, milk, and cocoa powder in a bowl and whisk well until the sugar dissolves.

We add the instant coffee and whisk again (optional).

We sift the flour and add it to the mixture.

We add the baking powder and a pinch of salt, then whisk until the mixture is well combined.

We grease the skillet with a bit of oil or butter and pour in the batter.

We smooth the edges, cover the skillet, and place it over very low heat for 15 to 20 minutes until fully cooked.

While the cake is cooking, we prepare the chocolate sauce by placing the grated chocolate and cream in a small glass bowl.

We place the bowl in a hot water bath and stir until the chocolate is fully melted and smooth.
