Steps

    We start by adding a teaspoon of ghee and olive oil to the pan Then we add the chopped onion and sauté it for 3 minutes

    We add the garlic and ginger and let them cook for 2-3 minutes until the aromas are released Then we add the curry powder and chili paste, followed by the shrimp with salt and the remaining spices

    We cover the pan for 10 minutes. Then, we add the crushed tomatoes and let the mixture cook for 15 minutes or until it thickens

    Finally, we add the can of coconut cream and let it cook on low heat for a short while
