- 1.5CupWarm milk

We mix all the dry ingredients together except for the yeast.

We add the fats (ghee, butter, oil) to the dry ingredients and rub them together with our hands for about 15 minutes.

We dissolve the yeast in warm milk and leave it for 5 minutes, then gradually add the milk mixture to the dry ingredients.

We prepare the date filling by mixing the pitted dates with the ground fennel, anise, cinnamon, and ghee until it becomes a smooth date dough.

We shape the dough into small pieces, then place a portion of the date filling inside each piece, as shown in the video.

We press the balls to form the bracelet-shaped cookies, then place them on a baking tray.

We place the tray in a preheated oven, with heat from both the top and bottom, at the highest temperature for about 12 minutes, until the cookies are cooked and turn golden brown.
