    Add the cup of water and lemon juice to the mixture and mix well until a smooth batter is formed

    Dip the shrimp in the mixture and refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours to let the flavors soak in.

    After marinating, immediately coat the shrimp in a mixture of gluten-free flour, a pinch of salt and a spoonful of starch.
