- 1.5Grams (g) Instant yeast

- 0.75Cupwater
- 3.5CupFlour

Mix the milk, water, honey, and butter in a large bowl and stir well. Then add one cup of flour and mix until fully absorbed.

Gradually add the remaining flour with the salt and start kneading until the dough becomes smooth and elastic.

Cover the dough and let it rise at room temperature for about one hour.

Flip the dough onto a clean surface and flatten it into a rectangular shape, then fold it like an envelope and return it to the bowl for another hour of fermentation.

Flip the dough onto a clean surface and shape it into a ball, then cover with plastic wrap and let it rest for 20 minutes before the final shaping.

Flatten the dough again into a rectangle, then start rolling it from one end into a large cylinder. Transfer it into the loaf pan, cover, and let it rise until it doubles in size. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 35-40 minutes
