    Mix 1 tablespoon of smoked paprika, the same amount of garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, salt, and pepper together. Stir the spices well until fully combined.

    Choose boneless chicken pieces (preferably large-sized) or turkey breasts. Coat the chicken evenly with the spice mix on both sides, ensuring it is fully covered

    Place slices of butter on top of the chicken to add flavor and moisture during cooking.

    Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F), then place the chicken in the oven for 30 minutes. If you want a golden color, you can turn on the broiler during the last 5 minutes of cooking

    After the cooking time is complete, press the chicken to ensure it releases juices, indicating it is tender and moist.
