    We put the almonds in a container and cover them with water, then close the container and place it in the refrigerator overnight (8–12 hours).

    We put the drained almonds in the blender, add 4 cups of water and a pinch of salt, and optionally dates or cinnamon for sweetening.

    We blend the mixture well until smooth.

    We strain the resulting milk using the cloth to get a silky texture.

    We pour the strained milk into a sterilized bottle and keep it in the refrigerator until use.
