Ingredients

  • 1CupWhipping cream
  • 1PacketCream caramel
  • 2CupPowdered sugar
  • 1CupThick cream
  • 2.5Tablespoons (tbsp)Nescafè
  • 1PacketTea Biscuit
  • 0.5CupWarm water
  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Caramel sauce
  • 1CupCrushed biscuit

Steps

    In a small bowl, dissolve 1 tablespoon of Nescafé in ½ cup of warm water and set aside.

    In a large bowl, beat the cold whipping cream with the powdered crème caramel, powdered sugar, the can of thick cream, and 1½ tablespoons of Nescafé until the mixture becomes thick and creamy.

    In a Pyrex dish, spread a thin layer of the cream mixture at the bottom.

    Dip the tea biscuits quickly into the Nescafé mixture and layer them over the cream.

    Add a generous layer of the cream mixture on top of the biscuits, then repeat the process (biscuits then cream) until you have three or more layers depending on the size of the dish.

    Top with the caramel sauce and a sprinkle of crushed biscuits.

    Refrigerate the dessert for at least 6 hours, preferably overnight, before serving.
