    In a large, cold saucepan, place all the ingredients: liquid milk, liquid cream, caramel cream, starch, sugar, cocoa powder, powdered milk, instant coffee, vanilla, and cream.

    Using a hand mixer, mix the ingredients well until completely combined and no lumps remain.

    Place the pot over medium heat, stirring constantly. When the mixture is hot and close to boiling, add the dark chocolate and continue stirring until the chocolate is completely melted and the mixture is thick.

    Grease the serving pan with butter, then place a layer of biscuit pieces on the bottom of the pan.

    Pour the hot mocha mixture over the biscuit layer in the pan. Let it cool at room temperature for a few minutes until it sets a little.

    Put it in the refrigerator for a whole night to ensure that the dessert becomes solid.
