- 0.5CupFine semolina

- 0.5CanSweetened Condensed Milk

Place crushed biscuits, roasted milk, and roasted semolina in a wooden bowl.

Add clotted cream to the dry ingredients.

Add sweetened condensed milk to the bowl.

Mix all ingredients thoroughly until a firm dough forms.

Shape portions of the dough into long rolls.

Place the rolls on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

Melt the chocolate thoroughly.

Brush melted chocolate on one side of the rolls.
