- 0.25Tablespoons (tbsp)Vegetable oil
- 0.5CupMilk
- 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Cream
- 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Baking powder
- 1PinchSalt
- 50To TasteSquare cheese
- 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Caramel sauce
Steps

Place semolina and flour in a mixing bowl, then add baking powder and a pinch of salt.

Add vegetable oil, milk, and cream to the dry ingredients.

Knead all ingredients well until a smooth, cohesive dough forms.

If needed, gradually add more milk to the dough.

Cover the dough and let it rest for 5 minutes.

After resting, roll the dough to about 1 cm thickness.

Cut the dough using a round cutter or any suitable tool.

Place a piece of cheese inside each dough circle and close it well to form small pockets.

Arrange the prepared pockets on a baking tray ready for frying.

Heat oil in a deep pan and fry the pockets until golden, avoiding over-frying.

Remove the pockets from the oil and place them on a rack to drain excess oil.

Pour ready-made caramel sauce over the pockets to cover them completely and serve warm.
