Ingredients

  • 1CupCherry tomato
  • 1PinchSalt
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Dried Thymus
  • 1CupOlive oil
  • 1Psc.Rosemary

Steps

    Wash the tomatoes thoroughly, then cut cherry tomatoes in half. If using regular tomatoes, cut them into quarters and remove the seeds.

    Spread the tomato pieces on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and sprinkle with a pinch of salt, cut side up.

    Sprinkle them with a pinch of salt, and optionally with thyme for added flavor.

    Place the tray in a preheated oven at 100°C (212°F) for 1.5 hours, or use an air fryer at the same temperature and duration

    Once the tomatoes are dried and cooled, place them in a sterilized glass jar.

    Add a few sprigs of rosemary if desired, then cover the tomatoes completely with olive oil.

    Seal the jar tightly and store it in the refrigerator.
