Ingredients

  • 2Psc.Pitted dates
  • 1CupAlmond flour
  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Cocoa powder
  • 2Tablespoons (tbsp)Baking powder
  • 0.5PinchSalt
  • 2Teaspoons (tsp)Vanilla
  • 1CupMilk
  • 0.5Grams (g) Dark chocolate chips

Steps

    Soak the dates in hot water for 10 minutes, then drain.

    Blend the soaked dates in a food processor until smooth.

    Add the milk and vanilla to the date paste and mix well.

    In a separate bowl, mix the almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.

    Add the dry ingredients to the date mixture and combine until smooth.

    Pour the batter into a baking pan lined with parchment paper and spread evenly.

    Sprinkle the chocolate chips on top and lightly mix into the batter.
