Slice the potatoes into thin rounds.

Stir the mixture well, cover the pan, and let it cook on low heat for 10 minutes until the vegetables soften.

In a food processor, add bell pepper, garlic, dill, lemon juice, tomatoes, and Italian seasoning

Add salt, black pepper, and cumin. Blend until smooth.

Marinate the fish fillets with this mixture and leave them for 30 minutes in the fridge to absorb the flavors.

Grease a baking pan with oil, then spread the sautéed vegetable mixture at the bottom.

Place the marinated fish fillets on top of the vegetables.

Pour the remaining marinade over the fish and spread it evenly.

Place the tray into a preheated oven at the highest temperature for about 20 minutes or until the fish is fully cooked and the surface is slightly golden.
