We season the chicken breasts by adding salt and black pepper. In a non-stick skillet, we put butter and olive oil, then add the chicken breasts and stir until they take on a golden color on both sides. Then we place them in a baking dish that can go in the oven.

We slice a lemon into wedges and then start making the sauce. In a pan, we add butter and cooking cream, stirring continuously. We then add lemon juice and chicken broth, along with black pepper, oregano, and rosemary. Finally, we add chili flakes and salt.

We put this sauce over the chicken, then we sauté lemon slices in butter, and place them on top of the chicken before putting the tray in the oven for one to one and a half hours.
