Ingredients

  • 5Psc.Rokak
  • 2CupMilk
  • 2.5Tablespoons (tbsp)Custard Powder
  • 3CupSugar
  • 0.5Grams (g) Butter
  • 1CupPowdered sugar
  • 1CupWarm milk

Steps

    In a saucepan, add custard powder to the milk and mix well.

    Add sugar and keep stirring over medium heat until the mixture thickens and turns yellow.

    Allow the custard to cool completely. Spread a sheet of phyllo dough and brush it with melted butter.

    Add another sheet of phyllo dough on top and spoon some cooled custard over it.

    Place a third sheet of phyllo dough, brush with butter, and fold the edges to seal the pie.

    Brush the top with melted butter and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for 15 minutes.

    After baking, pour hot milk over the pie and garnish with powdered sugar or as desired.
