- 1CupMilk powder
- 0.25Tablespoons (tbsp)Vegetable oil
- 5Tablespoons (tbsp)Pizza sauce
- 1To TasteMozzarella
- 0.5Grams (g) Sausage
- 1Psc.Yolk
- 0.25CupMilk
- 5CupCherry tomato

In a deep dish, add 1 cup of flour, instant yeast, sugar, and warm water. Mix well.

Cover the mixture and let it rest for 10 minutes.

In another bowl, add 1½ cups of flour, salt, powdered milk, and oil. Mix well.

Add the yeast mixture to the dry ingredients and knead until you get a smooth, cohesive dough.

Cover the dough and let it rise for a quarter of an hour in a warm place.

Divide the dough into five equal balls.

Roll out each ball into a circular shape, making sure it's not too thin.

Cut each circle into eight sections (more like a rose), keeping the filling visible when folding.

Cut each pastry into 8 sections (like a flower), leaving the filling visible while folding

Add sausage slices over the filling.

Brush the top with a mixture of egg yolk and milk.

Place a bit of mozzarella in the center and top with a cherry tomato.
