Ingredients

Spread half of the mashed potatoes in an ovenproof Pyrex dish.

Bake in an oven preheated to 170°C for 25-30 minutes until the top is browned and golden in color.

Spread the butter over the top, then breading.

Pour the milk mixture over the potatoes in the tray

We make holes in the potato tray as shown in the video

In a cup, mix a cup of milk with crushed garlic, a pinch of salt and black pepper, and dried parsley

Cover the tray with the rest of the mashed potatoes.

Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the meat if desired.

Add the meat and mushroom mixture on top of the potato layer.

Boil the potatoes in boiling water until cooked through.

Add a pinch of salt and black pepper, then mash the potatoes until smooth.

In a bowl, put the boiled potatoes and then add the melted butter, 1/4 cup of milk

Stir well, add a pinch of parsley and turn off the heat

Once the meat is cooked, add salt, black pepper and mushrooms

Add the minced meat and stir-fry until cooked

Add the chopped onion and sauté until wilted

In a skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil
