Steps

    Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and place them in a clay pot or deep baking dish.

    Add the bell pepper, olives, and tomatoes on top of the chicken.

    Add the sliced onions and minced garlic.

    Season with salt, pepper, coriander, ginger, and cumin.
