Chunky Cookies
Ingredients

- 1CupBrown sugar
- 0.5CupSugar
- 2Psc.eggs
- 1.5Tablespoons (tbsp)All-purpose flour
- 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Starch
- 0.75PinchSalt
- 2CupWalnut
- 1.5Grams (g) Self-raising flour
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Liquid vanilla
- 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Sumac
- 1PinchHot chilli powder
- 2CupChocolate pieces

Place the cold butter in the mixer

Add the brown sugar and white sugar.

Start mixing on a low speed.

Add the eggs one at a time, waiting for the first egg to be well combined before adding the second

Add the vanilla extract.

Scrape the sides of the mixer to make sure everything is well combined with the butter, sugar, and eggs.

Meanwhile, mix the dry ingredients (flour, starch and salt)

Once the eggs, sugar and butter are combined, gradually add the dry ingredients

Add the chocolate chunks and walnuts to the ingredients

Mix the ingredients well until you reach the consistency shown in the video

Once the dough is firm, shape the cookies into balls

Place the cookies in the freezer for a quarter of an hour to half an hour.

Make sure there is enough space between the cookies on the baking sheet to prevent them from sticking together.

Sprinkle a little sumac and chili on top of the cookies.

Place the cookies on a baking sheet with parchment paper and place them in the oven until they are cooked
