Ingredients

  • 1Psc.Red bell pepper
  • 1Psc.Yellow bell pepper
  • 1Psc.Mango
  • 0.3To TasteShredded Almonds
  • 2CupHoney
  • 1Psc.lemon
  • 2Tablespoons (tbsp)Mustard
  • 1PinchSalt
  • 1To TasteBlack pepper
  • 1Psc.Grapefruit
  • 0.25CupOlive oil
  • 2PacketPomegranate

Steps

    Cut the lettuce into suitable pieces

    Slice the red and yellow bell peppers and mango into slices

  3. 3

    Place the chopped lettuce in a serving bowl.

    Add the yellow and red bell pepper slices on top of the lettuce.

    Add the mango pieces to the bowl.

    Sprinkle the pomegranate seeds over the salad.

    Sprinkle the shredded almonds on top.

    Squeeze the lemon and grapefruit into a small jar.

    Add the honey to the citrus juice.

    Add the mustard to the dressing mixture.

    Add salt and black pepper to taste.
