Ingredients

  • 1PacketPhyllo dough
  • 0.5PinchThyme
  • 1CupFeta cheese
  • 0.5Milliliters (mL)Melted butter
  • 1CupHoney

Steps

    Spread a sheet of phyllo dough and brush it with melted butter.

    Repeat the step until you have 3 buttered layers.

    Sprinkle thyme or dukkah over the top layer.

    Arrange cubes of feta cheese on top.

    Roll the dough with the filling into a log.

    Cut the roll into 1–2 cm thick pieces.

    Bake the pieces in a preheated oven at 200°C for 30 minutes or until golden.

    After baking, drizzle honey on top and serve warm.
