  • 1PinchOnion Pickles
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Meat spices
  • 1Grams (g) White Beans
  • 0.5CupTomato Sauce
  • 1Liters (L)Hot water
  • 1Psc.Potato
  • 1BunchParsley
  • 1PinchSalt

Steps

    Place the ground meat in a pot and cook until it caramelizes.

    Add the chopped onion, minced garlic, and pickled onion (if using), along with the meat spices, and stir well.

    Once the meat is browned, add the white beans and tomato sauce.

    Pour in half a cup of hot water and stir the mixture.

    Cut the potatoes into cubes

    Air-fry the diced potatoes until cooked, then add them to the pot

    Add another half cup of hot water to slightly thicken the broth.

    Finely chop the parsley
