We heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.

We add the sliced beef fillet and sprinkle the spices (½ tsp garlic powder, ½ tsp onion powder, ½ tsp oregano, ¼ tsp cumin, salt, and pepper).

We stir the beef slices well until they are cooked, then set them aside.

In the same pan, we add the chopped bell peppers and onions.

We sprinkle the same spices used for the beef and stir them until they soften.

We return the cooked beef slices to the pan and let them simmer on low heat until fully cooked and the flavors combine.

We prepare the guacamole sauce by mashing the avocado and adding tomatoes, onions, parsley, green onions, lemon juice, and salt.
