- 1.5CupBasmati rice
- 1To TasteLime zest
- 1PinchMinced Coriander
- 2Liters (L)Hot water
- 1Grams (g) Butter

Prepare the sauce by mixing orange juice, soy sauce, honey, olive oil, ginger, 3 cloves of garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl.

Season the fish on both sides with salt and pepper, then coat it with flour seasoned with paprika, garlic powder, and cumin.

We heat a pan and add butter and oil, then place the fish fillets to sear until they change color on both sides.

We remove the fish from the pan, add the prepared sauce to the same pan, and let it thicken for 3–4 minutes.

We return the fish to the pan, coat it with the sauce, cover, and let it cook on low heat for 10–15 minutes until done.

In another pan, we heat butter and oil, then add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.

We add the basmati rice, season with salt, lime zest, and chopped cilantro, and stir it well.
