- 0.5Teaspoons (tsp)Garlic powder
- 0.5Teaspoons (tsp)Ground Coriander

Prepare the minced meat and add the finely chopped onion, breading, salt and black pepper.

We mix the ingredients well until combined.

We place the meat mixture in the fridge for 30 minutes to rest.

We shape the meat into thin finger-shaped logs.

In a hot frying pan, we heat some oil and fry the meat fingers until fully cooked, then set them aside.

In the same skillet, add a little oil, add a sliced onion and sauté it until it wilts.

We add the sliced bell peppers and stir them with the onions.

We add the ground coriander, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper, and mix everything.
