Ingredients

  • 125Grams (g) Butter
  • 100CupSugar
  • 1CupMolasses
  • 1Psc.eggs
  • 0.5Teaspoons (tsp)Vanilla
  • 200CupFlour
  • 0.5Teaspoons (tsp)Baking soda
  • 0.25Tablespoons (tbsp)Baking powder
  • 100CupChocolate Chips

Steps

    Add sugar and molasses, and mix well.

    Add egg and vanilla, and mix until sugar is almost dissolved.

    Sift flour with baking soda and baking powder over the mixture.

    Fold gently until just combined.

    Add chocolate chips and stir once only.

    Arrange the balls on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

    Freeze the tray for 30 minutes.

    Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C until edges are golden.

    Remove and top with extra chocolate chips while soft.

    Cool on a wire rack for 15 minutes.
