  • 0.25Grams (g) Butter
  • 0.5Cupwater

    Blend all liquids, date paste, egg, and vanilla in a blender, then pour the mixture into a bowl.

    Sift all dry ingredients and gently fold until the flour disappears.

    Add 5 tablespoons of milk to the blender to get any remaining batter.

    Pour into molds and bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for 20 minutes.

    For the chocolate layer, melt dark chocolate with a bit of milk and butter, then dip the top of the cake in it.
