Ingredients

  • 5Psc.Red bell pepper
  • 0.25Tablespoons (tbsp)White Vinegar
  • 0.3CupOlive oil
  • 2Tablespoons (tbsp)Coarse salt

Steps

    Wash the sweet red peppers well and dry them.

    Cut the peppers and remove the white inner part to avoid bitterness.

    Grind the peppers using a meat grinder or a food processor.

    Place the ground peppers in a pot over the stove.

    Stir the peppers from time to time over medium heat until all the liquid evaporates.

    Add the coarse salt, white vinegar, and olive oil once the peppers have dried.

    Stir the mixture until the salt completely dissolves.

    Place the paste into sterilized glass jars.

    Add a layer of oil (regular or olive oil) on top of the paste to preserve it.

    Store the paste in the refrigerator after it cools completely.
